Adolescent Services Network Directory - listing of available services in Georgia

Second Chance Homes offer safe, supervised living arrangements for teen mothers and their babies.
The Doula Project provides home-based services to first time pregnant adolescents ages 10 to 19. Services are offered in English and Spanish in the Southeast Atlanta, Southwest Atlanta, and Tri-Cities communities.
Georgia Department of Community Health provides information on working to improve health and access to care in Georgia, including Medicaid.
Georgia Department of Human Resources (DHR) Division of Public Health provides information on public health in Georgia.
Girl Mom provides information on the rights of pregnant and parenting teens, advice for teen moms, and a forum for teen moms to communicate with each other for support.
Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies of Georgia provides information through their PowerLine hotline on Medicaid approved healthcare referrals and information on free or low-cost healthcare and public health programs. They also provide breastfeeding support services. Referrals are available in English or Spanish.
Kids Health provides general health information for parents, kids and teens.
The National Fatherhood Initiative provides information on improving the well-being of kids through increased numbers of children growing up with father participation.
One Young Parent provides support and education for teen parents, their families and their friends.
PeachCare provides information on free or low-cost health information for Georgia's children.
Young Mommies is dedicated to supporting, informing and connecting young mothers.
Zero to Three provides information and resources on parenting children ages birth to three years.

Where to go for Contraceptive Services
Confidential contraceptive services are available from any health care facility funded through Title X or for any patients using Medicaid to receive services. Some examples include public health departments, teen centers, and most Planned Parenthoods. To find a Title X funded facility in your area click here. To find a teen center in your area click here. Planned Parenthood also offers confidential contraceptive services.
